RIDDLE OF MEANDER “End of All Life and Creation”(THE NORTHERN COLD PROD) - GREECE

This cute cassette was a re-released in limited 100 copies of originally Excesor Christianorum Rex 2007’s product. I considered, RIDDLE OF MEANER is the coldest and most-grim act in Greece since they style distinctly Norwegian in every sense. Those who worship Varg and his work in BURZUM especially “Det Som Engang Var” or "Hvis lyset tar oss” era, will paralyze from start to end. Nothing new can be found here, the guitars are crisp and freezing, the vocals are banshee-like screams, and the drumming are heartless barbaric.

I’ve done and enough terrified when listening to BURZUM back in the 90’s. It’ was psychotic, satanic and anti-humanity back in times. But it is just over-rated music to me now.

This is an okay album since it was recorded 7 years ago. But what really annoy me is they don’t even care to print any song titles or useful info in the cover sleeves.
