Blazing Obscurity Records pressed this cassette in limited 500 units, and mine was numbered 476. Since it was released in 2010 I guess, it must be sold out by now. 4 songs recorded here on Side A, “Road To Apocalypse”, “Thrash Will Conquer”, “Bio-chemical Disaster” and “Immortal” while on Side B they put 3 old songs from pre-Chemicide era as bonus.
Fernando Camacho (Vox), Sebastian Blacid (guitars), Jorse Salazar (bass) and Luis Lizano (Drums) did a very good job here. Chemicide played violent black/thrash metal only can be forge by the Brazilian. Everything is bloody here, thick blackness and out of mercy. The riffs and the volcanic drumbeats won’t let rest in peace. Man, I admired Lizano drumming and demonic strength. If you worship stuffs like IMPIETY “Skullfucking Armageddon”, AURA NOIR “Black Thrash Attack”, KREATOR “Extreme Aggression” or older godz like SARCOFAGO and VULCANO. The recording was not so good, but its best suit their raw and war themes.
Chemicide logo and artwork might be looking a bit Neo Thrash Metal. But I praise them as traditional thrash with hellish addition of nuclear firepower!!! Tape collectors. Thrash metal addict. You just need to have this.
